Rockin’ S Auction Services was founded by Sara Jerome in May of 2006 and has quickly grown to be a major source for folks to call on that need to liquidate estates, properties, real estate and collections. In the spring on 2014 Sara recieved her Texas Real Estate License (#0630971) and offers clients assistance with Real Estate needs from commercial, farms and ranches, vacant land and homes in North Texas. Her license is with Ben Vincent of Vincent Realty Group of Denison, TX (#0529600)
After 27 years of retail and corporate sales, Sara decided to go back to her roots and do something she had always dreamed of doing as a child and started her auction own company, bringing multiple services to you!
Growing up in a small town in North Missouri, the sale barn is a large part of a rural family’s life, Sara had always admired the auctioneer call, and as most young kids, tried to mimic that chant. Now, years later, she has mastered her own chant and in opening Rockin’ S, is excited about the opportunities and assistance she may be able to bring to you.
Sara spent 4 years in the U.S. Air Force at Holloman Air Force Base in Alamogordo, NM. After her tour of duty was complete, she remained in Las Cruces, NM for another 18 years in sales and management with Wallace Chevrolet, Olds and Cadillac. She moved to Albuquerque staying only 3 years until the pull of family called her here to North Texas. Going into outside sales in the commercial car wash industry, assisting with every aspect of building car wash project from the “idea” up for 18 years. She believes that past and current events and employment enable her to to bring a quality auction with unlimited resources and knowledge to you. In her efforts to make this a full-service auction company, Sara is offering Texas Real Estate to her portfolio making this a great fit for Rockin’ S and your “one stop auction shop”. With $52,000,000+ in real estate sales in 2022, that seems to be a perfect fit!
Sara now lives on Lake Texoma, just outside of Pottsboro, TX, Betty Sands, Sara’s mom, lives in the same area and cashiers for Rockin’ S. Auctions.
Saras’ love and hobbies still lean to the western side of life and that is evident upon meeting her, either in a social or business setting. Farms, ranches, business liquidations, estate sales, real estate… be sure to give Sara a call, she loves what she does and it shows. As are most auctioneers, Sara is passionate about her charitable work, and as prior Board Chair for the Texoma Chapter of the American Red Cross, you will often find her raising money, awareness, and even disaster cleanup – giving back to the community she lives and works in.
